The {-qu'} is not required to tell someone they must die. {-qu'} simply
emphasizes the element it follows, making it stand out as very important.
bIHeghnIS
You must die.
bIHeghqu'nIS
You must *DIE*.
bIHeghnISqu'
You *MUST* die.
