I haven't used {vaj} after a verb with a Type 9 suffix here, but Okrand
certainly has done it before. {bIje'be'chugh vaj bIHegh}, and so on.

It's probably an inappropriate usage of the verb, though that's not certain.
"Sign (a treaty)" is pretty vague; does it mean "sign something, such as a
treaty?" Does it mean "authorize a treaty"? Does it mean "authorize
something, such as a treaty"? We don't really know. Those parenthesis are
very vague.
