ghoblu'DI' HIghlu' pagh lujlu'.
You don't have to preserve all the nouns that existed in
English. {ghob} already implies that battle is being fought,
so giving it an object is optional, and it you really wanted
to keep the other nouns, you could translate this as:
ghoblu'DI' HIghwI'pu' lujwI'pu' je tu'lu'.
Remember that {tu'lu'} is the way you say, "There is" or "There
are". You could say {lutu'lu'} if you wanted to be a real
stickler about it, but Okrand has been consistent in every use
of {tu'lu'} without the {lu-} where many of us would have placed
one. I interpret that as {tu'lu'} becoming essentially
fossilized in the one form so it is apparently fine to use it
even when the object is plural.
Your use of {pa'} is gibberish.
