Makes sense to me. "jIjatlh."/I speak. "jIjatlh 'e' Dachaw'"/You permit
that I speak. "jIjatlh 'e' yIchaw'"/permit me to speak. "jIjatlh 'e'
Dachaw'a'"/do you permit me to speak? "jIjatlh 'e' yIchaw'neS"/permit me
to speak, your honor.
