Don't the {-moHlu'} combination kinda cancel each other out? I'd say:
chenmeH Duj Som, baS lo'lu'.
I mean the whole {chenmoH}="make" thing becomes "Subject causes object
to build up or take form," but if the subject is indefinite, then we can
actually use the lone {chen}, which is incredibly rare.
Another, perhaps simpler approach:
Duj SomvaD baS lu'lo'.
Or even BETTER, perhaps:
Duj SomvaD chenpu' baS.
