These should be pretty clear, but then I thought that maybe *I* don't
understand correctly, so here's how I interpret these:
> Duj tInqu'
The huge ship; the enormous ship; the gigantic ship
> Duj machbe'qu'
The *not* small ship. {-qu'} emphaticizes whatever it directly before it. In
this case, it's emphasizing the "not". I see this as similar to using a
double negative for emphasis.
> Duj tIn
The big ship.
> Duj tInqu'be'
The not huge ship.
> Duj machbe'
The not small ship.
> Duj
The ship.
> Duj tInbe'
The not big ship.
> Duj machqu'be'
The not tiny ship.

The small ship.

The NOT big ship.
