The gloss on the tlhIngan Hol to DI'vI' Hol side indicates "be nervous,
uneasy" for <bIt> and simply "be uneasy" for <jotHa'> The other side
glosses "nervous" as <bIt> and "uneasy" as both.
In the absence of any other information, I would use <bIt> in the sense
of the English "fidgetty" and <jotHa'> in a fashion similar to
"uncomfortable"
