Does that command apply to beginners?  I can only read simple sentences.
Writing only English is bad, but writing only Klingon is also bad.  For KLBC
we can write both, as I show here.  No one should write just English.

I wrote an e-mail because I didn't understand <-mo'>.  Now I believe I
understand, as you can see.
