I'd certainly like to see the results of your survey.  For that matter, I'd like
to see the list of email addresses.  Feel free to email everything my way at 
your convenience.

As for your questions:

2) Over 1000 people have joined the KLI, but we have less than 590 currently 
*active* members.  Some of those who responded may well be former KLI members 
who simply haven't renewed their memberships.

3) Hmmm, that I don't know.  You'd have to ask the folks who manage the 
listserv.

4) Very possible.  The KLI has members in over 30 countries, so this seems very 
likely.

5) Also very possible.  Especially when you consider that one of our sponsored 
projects is the postal course.  I believe more than 100 people have taken part 
in David Barron's course, so that alone could account for your numbers.
