window dressing.  There is currently no effort or plans for an effort to produce
a Klingon Encyclopedia, unless something has changed rather recently.

The pIqaD article itself was slated to appear in the TKD addendum, but was
blocked by Michael Okuda's insistence that Paramount not sanction any official
explanation of the pIqaD.  So there is not likely ever to be such an article,
even if a Klingon Encyclopaedia is ever produced.
