TKD 4.2.9: {-vIS} is always used along with the type 7 suffix {-taH}.
The third word needs to be {DaboStaHvIS}.
{lan} "place" is a verb; you probably want to use {Daq} "site, location"
in the fourth word.
I don't know what {ngIl} is doing there at all. It has no syntactic
connection with the rest of the sentence. Maybe you misspelled {ngIm}?
{Daqmey ngIm vIngIvqang} would make sense. Note the prefix {vI-}, not
{jI-} as you wrote.
