With {neH} following {chaw'}, it seems to imply that the only thing
being done is that permission is given for them to sit in the school.
I would simplify this to {DuSaQDaq neH Suba'} "you will sit only in
the school."

I think {moch} would be a much better word than {nIvwI'}.

It doesn't look right to me, either.  Neither does this use of {chIp};
it means "cut, trim", but it looks like you want it to mean "be cut."

In human military academies, it is common practice to demean cadets.
They have no need for courage, only obedience.

I don't have any trouble with the clipped "punishment for Pelora tonight"
phrasing, but the word {ramvam} doesn't sit right with me.  It's probably
okay, but it sounds weird.
