Well, yes, but sort of by-chance. "ben" means literally "son" or in this
case "son of" or "man of". I can say "'ani ben `esrim ushmoneh [shanim]"
for "I am 28 [years [old]]", using "ben", but that's because it's literally
"I am a man of 28 [years]."
Further comments on this facet should be off the list; don't use my post to
start jumping waaay off-topic.
