"naDev 'oH Duj'e' vIleghpu'bogh." It's the head-noun.

I would not use "moj" intransitively. "X becomes" sounds very unfinished
(if anything, something else becomes X). See TKD 4.2.4 for the use of
"chenmoH" for "create/form/make", and there are probably other examples of
it. Also see "cher" for a different sense.
