"naDev tujqu' je." Erm, actually, maybe not, using "naDev" as the
subject. That's weird. Um. I can't answer.

Hee. Hinterlands dialect? Okrand uses this structure as an example of
hinterlands dialect as opposed to more formal "HablI' 'oH nuq'e'" or "nuq
'oH HablI''e'?"

"'e'moH"? You can't put a verb-suffix on 'e', a pronoun. IMO, you can't
put *ANY* suffix on "'e'". Maybe "meqvammo'". Should be luQub (or
luHar). Or even cooler, "net Har".
>munuQ 'oH. tujviS muD, jiQaplaHbe'. jituQHa'moHchu' je
"tujtaHvIS." In general, in my mind, there IS NO SUCH SUFFIX as -vIS.
There is no -vIS, there is only zool... er, that is, only -taHvIS. OK,
that's not 100% so, since you can have -Qo' and -neS intervening, but it's
almost always true.
I'm not sure how tuQ and tuQmoH work... I presume it should be
"jItuQHa''eghmoH".
