I think "luqon" makes more sense. History is, after all, what is
*recorded* of events. And MO tells us that "ghItlh" is specifically the
act of putting letters on a page, not the more general meaning (in an
interview in HolQeD). The point is not that it's the hand of the victor
that happens to hold the pen, but that the victor is the one who gets to
determine how history is recorded and what aspects of it are. Work for
