As has been mentioned, the verb "rur" will help you. But you can't use it
like in English; in English it's a preposition, and Klingon just doesn't do
it that way.
Consider the canon toast, translated as "Between us, curses flow like
water": matay'DI', vIHtaHbogh bIQ rur mu'qaDmey. (another example of
Okrand's skill in translating so things sound "natural" in English). The
literal meaning is something like "when we are together, curses resemble
moving water."
In your case, you could do something like "vIHtaHvIS, tIH rur" (in moving,
it resembles a ray). Note that "*wov tIH" won't work, since "wov" is
listed as a verb, not a noun (though there is "maSwov" for "moonlight").
