jIlughmoHbogh... looks like all it could mean is "I who correct." There's
no object (you use jI-)...
In general, I believe that while you can elide implied pronouns in
sentences, if something is important enough to be the head-noun of a
relative clause, it's important enough to mention. Say "vIttlhegh
vIlughmoHpu'bogh" or something (the proverb which I have corrected).
