This may be true, in some cases... But I think this discussion/argument is
taking on more heat than it should.  Even if it's a worthy goal to "force"
people to exercise their Klingon to understand messages, I'm not sure that
finding out what happened at the qep'a' should be a state secret to be told
only to those willing to put in the effort.  Maybe SOME thing could be done
that way, but for heaven's sake, it's only finding out what happened at the
KLI's one and only annual meeting.  That said, you also can't *force*
someone to post in English just because you can't read the Klingon.  This
list's charter explicitly welcomes postings in English (about Klingon) and
in Klingon.  So yes, I encourage people to post about the happenings at the
qep'a' in English.  Maybe I will myself soon.
