No, there are no "ranks" there are only positions. Each one has responcibitlies.
I, for example, am the "education officer" (no rank). I have no idea what power that
gives my in the KLI. I only know i have duties to run the postal course.
With all respect to KAG and the like. The KLI is an educational organization
and no ranks are required.
