There already is a program which does this on the KLI's FTP site. It is
called tlh2piq.exe, I believe. It works quite well. I have used it to
convert my Klingon documents to the correct keystrokes, and then changed to
the pIqaD font, all while using Holtej's Kview program. Bingo! Instant
Klingon computer!
I type a lot in various languages: Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, Korean. Each
has a different keyboard. I simply memorize them. This is what I have done
to enter Klingon as well. I know that the type Maltz in Klingon orthography
I hit m+a+x, having changed to the KLIpIqaDmey TrueType font and toggling
CAPS on.
