According to the Klingon Dictionary it's betleH, and *possibly* batlh'etlh
(which is more likely the name for a particular sword: Kahless') and
"*bat'telh" isn't correct for the Klingon orthography. Since the Klingon
Dictionary is the canon for the Klingon language and the ST Encyclopedia
isn't, I'm more inclined to believe the former.
