'oj jIH doesn't make sense.  You mean jI'oj, don't you?  Well, which sounds
more idiomatic and natural in English?  "I'm thirsty" or "I want a
beverage"?  I'd say the former.

Ditto (jIghung).  "I am hungry" sounds much more normal than "I want food."
'Sides, if you don't use "jIghung", then what's the use of the verb ghung
in the first place?
