Don't forget your verb prefixes, you would say 
{jImevpa'} instead of {mevpa' jIH}.

You could say:
DaHjaj ram jImevpa' leng DIl raQpo' latlh 'e' vIpoQ.
(Before I stop tonight, I require that another passenger pays for a trip.)
