For this one, I would try to be more specific and specify what "thing" 
you are referring to.
E.g. lugh mu'tlheghvetlh; lugh qechvetlh; bIlugh; etc.

Although these are both grammatically correct, I would tend to simply say:
lugh.  (It is correct) and 
QaQ. (It is good).
