tlhIngan name for Elizabeth

Looks good except for that apostrophe (glottal stop).  There are only
three 
consonant clusters (strings of consonants) that a canonical Klingon
syllable 
or word ever ends with:  y', w', and rgh.  (On this list, "canon" in
the 
strict sense is limited to material originating with Marc Okrand,
mostly TKD 
and the two tapes.)  So try  lISbet  or  lISbetlh  ("tlh" sounds as
much like 
the "th" of "Elizabeth" as "t" does).  In either case the accent
would 
go on the last syllable (TKD p.17, assuming that names are nouns).
