Re-reading this I realize now I may have caused some unintented confusion (as
opposed to the intentional kind). The "fee" which is increasing on June 15th is
**NOT** KLI membership fee, it's the registration cost for the qep'a'.
KLI membership fee is the same as its been for the last couple of years. My
apologies if this confused or upset anyone.
