To be a little more thorough, this is the correct spelling (so
long as you remember to use uppercase I in yuQjIj) for United
Federation of Planets listed in the English-Klingon side of
TKD. In the Klingon-English side, however, it is spelled yuQjIj
Qa'. Why the change from DIvI' to Qa', I don't know, but the
point is, until we hear otherwise, either spelling is probably
acceptable.
