For those that know what it is, the KLI ftp site (ftp.kli.org) is now
available via FSP. If you have the ability to use FSP, we'd prefer you to
use this protocol instead of FTP, as to cause less of a load to the
machine.
Just use the ftp address (ftp.kli.org), and the normal port (21).
