okay, okay, i'm sorry. i've been pointed incorrect twice now. chill!!
here's the deal: i was trying to explain the suffix <-lI'> and what it
was doing on <Qapla'>. i remember somewhere thinking that <Qapla'> was
related to the verb for succeed; i don't carry my TKD to work, so if i
made the mistake of thinking <Qapla'> a verb itself, sorry. but perhaps
it is... i'll have to go look through my notes and see where i got that
idea. very likely from the verb <Qap>. *shrug*
<Qapla'> may be listed as a verb on one side or the other of the
dictionary as opposed to both listing it as a noun... i dunno. all i
have here at work is a copy of the translator program. pardon my stupidity.
