It's a typo. Should have been ghIjpu'. From the lines:

juHqo' Qo'noSvo' loghDaq legntaHvIS [should be lengtaHvIS]
tlhInganpu' 'ej qo'mey Sar charghtaHvIS chaH Dat tlhIngan
may'Duj luleghDI' neH qIb nganpu' buQpu' may'Duj 'ej ghIpu'

In general, as much as I love HolQeD, the English text gets a
lot better proofreading than the Klingon.
