What is "peHa'"?  It's a verb-prefix followed immediately by either a verb
suffix or an exclamation.  Where's the verb?  Good catch with "tItu'", btw;
I thin kI saw ghunchu'wI' (?) use "peqIm" but "yItu'", which isn't right.

I suppose.  I have no evidence for it, but I find using "Hoch" as a
vocative for "Hey everybody" quite natural ("nuqneH, Hoch!" "HIDor,
Hoch").
