Unlikely; I tend to view the difference between a compound word and a
noun-noun construction to be very small, if present at all. Space or no,
"bodymusic" is not really specific to "dance".

Maybe. more likely QoQmo'. Still, the best you can do is something that
*describes* dance, not a *translation* for it.
