I find it very strange to negate the indefinite subject. If
what you want is "If peace is fought, then peace is not known,"
then I'd put it:
roj Suvlu'chugh vaj roj Sovbe'lu'.
If what you want is "If anybody fights peace then nobody knows
peace," then I'd put it:
roj Suvchugh vay' vaj roj Sov pagh.
