TWEET!  Penalty for unauthorized "discovery" of Klingon words! :-)

The rules of tlhIngan Hol state that nobody has permission to invent new
words, and only Mark Okrand may "discover" previously unknown words.  If
it's not in the dictionary (or in a HolQed interview with Mr. Okrand) as 
a proper word, don't use it.  Not because of any provincialism on anyone's
part, but because nobody else will understand it.
