According to Okrand's interview in HolQeD 3.3, it would be very weird but
not unheard of. For example, if you attached {qalegh} to {-ghach} it
would look as strange in Klingon as "an I-seeing-you happened" would look
in English. You can understand what it means, but it just looks weird.
He also said this needs further study.
