No, it's simply, "[you] don't make me wait for [indefinite object] again".
The adressee, /you/, is the *cause* of the waiting, so it's already perfectly
clear that /you/ is the one being waited for.

A somewhat more convoluted construction might yield {qaloStaH 'e'
yIqaSqa'moHQo'}.
