AFAIK never used in a sentence.
KGT 55: "Klingon technology has produced two weapons used, as far as is known, only by the Klingons themselves... The second distinctly Klingon weapon is the {QIghpej}, a hand-held device that produces excruciating pain when pressed up against an adversary.
Applied to the cheek, one was used to torture a supine Chekov on Beta XII-A. (TOS "Day of the Dove").
Also used in the Mirror Universe, it's a small device worn on the belt by each crewmember on the ISS Enterprise, used for punishment and extremely painful. (TOS "Mirror, Mirror")
"You might as well go to Earth to buy a QIghpej." (_Ashes of Eden_, novel by William Shatner)
