AFAIK never used in canon.

KGT 157:  Someone unsatisfied with the status quo, a rebel, might be said to want to {ngup qaD} (challenge those in charge; literally, "challenge the cape").

TREK TRIVIA:

There has never been a mutiny reported aboard a Federation starship. (TOS "The Tholian Web")

However... under the influence of alien spores Kirk's crew mutinied and abandoned the Enterprise to join the 50 surviving agricultural colonists on Omicron Ceti III in 2267. (TOS "This Side of Paradise")
