Both of those would give me pause. As mu'mey ru', I suppose either could work, but I'd probably just pay for the extra syllable and ask {mujeyta' 'ar?}. ({patlh 'arDIch?} might also get the message across; supposedly, it'd be a trunctated form of somethng like {patlh 'arDIch vIchavpu'?}.)

As a mu' ru' in English, "the how-manyth?" would be understood, but different context-sensitive solutions need to be found.
E.g. [a race finish] "What's my place?"
But would you say 'arDIch jIH? or jIH 'arDIch?
