Another feature is that Klingonists all over the world would link to it, giving it a high enough value that when people searched for Klingon they would find it.
And then we could offer the CORRECT way to say things in Klingon. Perhaps Mr. Klingon can abstract most popular searches and we can provide good versions, and he can link to us.

{boQwI'} now has a section called "Beginner's Conversation" for
something like this.

In the latest version (which I just pushed today), it is also
integrated with the {tlhIngan Hol jatlhwI'pu'} community on Google+.

And it's complete to the best of my knowledge for all canon words.

Well, it has nothing to do with KLI. But it's an Android app so it's
not too difficult to hook in Google Wallet support, if there's ever
any reason to add some sort of payment system.

I made it public shortly after Saarbrucken qepHom'a' 2011, after which
time I started getting feature requests. It's open sourced so you can
browse the source code, make suggestions, or request features (or even
add your own):
