AFAIK never used in a Klingon sentence.

The sky of Qo'noS as seen from orbit was usually a swamp-green color in the TNG episodes, so heavily overcast that geographical features weren't visible. This fits in well with John Ford's "naked stars" proverb in "The Final Reflection" mentioned in an earlier thread.

Non-canonical musings...

*{'engDep}? "cloud-creature" - common in the Trek universe: e.g. the Companion who rescued Zefram Cochrane in the Gamma Canaris region (TOS "Metamorphosis"); the dikironium cloud creature of Tycho IV (TOS "Obsession"); the mellitus of Alpha Majoris I (TOS "Wolf in the Fold"); the warp-capable cloud consisting of a group of 10 noncorporeal lifeforms from the extinct planet of Zetar (TOS "The Lights of Zetar"); the Beta Renna energy cloud (TNG "Lonely Among Us"); Nagilum near the Morgana Quadrant (TNG "Where Silence has Lease"); the Calamarain (TNG "Deja Q"); and the legendary Dal'Rok of Bajor (DS9 "The Storyteller").

*{'eng'a'}? "nebula, interstellar gas cloud" - Klach D'Kel Bracht is a nebula in the Borderlands, in Klingon territory on the far side of the Qu'Vat Colony. Soong wanted to end the confrontation with Enterprise by raising the rescued Augment embryos on a planet there in 2154. (Soong called it "The Briar Patch"). (ENT "Borderland")

*{'engpuH} "England" has been used by the KSRP and on {bo logh}, Qov's Klingon blog; cf. {wo' tay'} "United Kingdom."
