Most adverbs go at the beginning, but neH is one of those special adverbs
that goes in a different place in the sentence. If it goes after a verb
it trivializes that verb "has merely fallen asleep". <br><div class="im"><br>

Qongpu'mo' - has been sleeping, has slept<br>
QongchoHpu'mo' - has fallen asleep. You correctly got the "fallen
