[243] I do not envy the the task of Mahoun's accountant and security,
tracking the currencies and means of financial transfer amongst the
planets where they trade. There isn't ANY means of payment that is
everywhere he wants to be. And tax records?
[191] DuqIHqa': weird but in this case appropriate, seeing as the
first meeting was through prison bars and they never knew each other's names.
[157] Just in case anyone thought there was some kind of special
persecution when the Dugh crew got searched. Nope. I simply can't
imagine Klingons being so precious as to gender match searchers and
searchees. I've waited next to a millimetre scanners for a female TSA
agent enough times that I'd rather just be searched by the first
person available, and I'm not even a Klingon.

And, believe it or not, I am not deliberately toying with the reader
in not getting everyone in the same place at once. I originally
wrote this with everyone there, but a) it was a lot of Klingons for
Mahoun to be alone with and b) I have something else that needs to
get done in this context.
