I still don't know what you mean with that :-)

Due to extreme Facebook inefficiency, there are 100,000-300,000 strings,
many of which are redundant or almost identical.
Oh yes, it's really sometimes just a drag-and-drop-job.
It turns out that at this time you have to install the translation app
in order to select Facebook as your language.
Once you have it "installed", it will not bother you. So if you just
install it because you want to use the Klingon FB, you won't see any
difference.
1. ignore the glossary - it was thrust on us from an unknown source and
we have no way to edit it.
And it contains mistakes and also old words.
2. join and read the translators forum discussion group (ask me or
Lieven etc. to add you)
Actually, you can just go to the group and click "join". The request
will be answered quikly by one of us. Just like in any FB-groups, you
can activate or deactivate notifications about the group, if you don't
like to get them. Being part of the group is not mandatory to translate,
but as Qov said, it will help you understand things and help not
changing things that we have changed already:
4. read through the discussions to see why certain things are the way
they are and dispute things you disagree with in the forum rather than
by trying to change them in the strings--it will help progress because
of the way the voting works.
Voting is also a good help for us, if you feel uncomfortable doing
translation work. For instance, you can check the document and then
check the translations app for mistakes and good ones.
More of this can be explained in the group or in a message there.
Lieven.
