Re: SoSwI' SoH'a'?

naHQun ([email protected])

After reading everyones comments and doing some much needed
proofreading, I have come to the followoing translation.
I have used <QImDaq> for "nest", changed <SoS bo'Degh> to <bo'Degh> or
<SoS>, and <ghu bo'Degh> to <ghu>.
I left *Snort as *Snort for a couple reasons; until recently I have
never associated the word with bodily functions, I've always thought
of it as a "nonsense" word in a children's book. Also, the Snort says
"snort" and is then referred to as "a snort". I do not feel
comfortable using Klingon verbs as nouns in this context. "You're not
my mother, you're a Sneeze!"
And here it is:

(1)QImDajDaq ba' bo'Degh.
Sup QIm.
(2)jatlh bo'Degh:
<ghuvaD Soj vISuqnIS!>
vaj mej.
(3) QImDaqDaq Sup QIm.

vaj pel'aQ vIghor ghu.
(4) jatlh:

Modern playwrights have become obsessed with writing human
interpretations of alien theatrical works while ignoring completely
our own unique cultural heritage.~Bashir; "The Die is Cast" (DS9)
