Never used in canon.

Related words:

{tay} be civilized (v.); {tay} "ceremony, rite, ritual" (n.); {tayqeq}
"civilization"

Qov once made a shrewd observation on the link between ritual {tay} and
civilization {tayqeq}:

   "Apparently while our definition of maturity is cities (CIVilization),
    theirs is ritual ({nentay}, {Heghtay}, {muvtay})."

But I wonder whether {tay} "be civilized" might be derived from {tay'} "be
together, be united".

Related verbs:

{SeQ} "be formal, ritualistic, ceremonial"; {Hach} "be developed (e.g. a
civilization)"; {'Itlh} "be advanced, highly developed"; {lutlh} "be primitive"
