Never used in canon.

{'ejyo'} discussed by Okrand:

The syllable {'ej} also occurs in {'ejyo'} "Starfleet". There are,
however, no known Klingon words {'ej}, {Do'}, or {yo'} that have
anything to do with Starfleet, starships, the Federation, or space
vehicles of any kind. It is quite likely... an Old Klingon word...
that is used nowhere except in the noun {'ejDo'}. Of course, without
further study, that remains pure conjecture. (TKD 20)

Related nouns:

{waw'} "base (military term)". Also "post", "outpost", "station
(planetary), etc.?

pa' 'oHtaH vaS'a''e'. tlhIngan qum waw' 'oH.
This is where the Klingon Great Hall is located, the center of the
   Klingon government. S27

The Klingons occupied Organia in 2267 to use as a base of operations
against the Federation. (TOS "Errand of Mercy")

Cf. also {raQ} "camp"; {lulIgh} "refuge"; {mID} "colony"; {tengchaH} "space
station"
