Never used in canon. (!)

{qech} can probably be used in context for "concept" or "nature":

   {veS}, is "war" in the sense of "warfare", the concept or idea of
   war ... the idea or nature of warfare (KGT 46-7)

   Sometimes, {mu'mey ru'} fill a void--that is, give voice to an idea
   for which there is no standard (or even slang) expression (KGT 176)
