Never used in canon.

Cf. also {lot} "catastrophe".

This is probably one of Okrand's character puns.  He probably felt that 
Commander Kruge's ({Qugh}) mission to acquire the Genesis Device in ST3 was 
a disaster.  The Klingons, however, may have come to view it differently by 
the 24th century as they named a ship after him.  (According to the 
novelization, the IKV Kruge was K'Vada's Bird of Prey, which carried Picard 
and Data to Romulus [TNG "Unification I-II"].)
